Henry Schein One Recognised for Outstanding Customer Service
Excellent customer feedback has resulted in Henry Schein One obtaining an overall score of 91.6% for Customer Satisfaction in the 2020 Australian Achiever Awards, in the Computer Systems, Software and Internet Services Category.
Now into their twenty-third year, the Australian Achiever Awards are an independent, unbiased award system based on assessment ratings from a business’s own customers.
The award system focuses on eight criteria, which are each scored separately. They are time related service; addressing client needs; care and attention; value; attitude; communication; overall perception and referral. Any overall score above 80% is regarded as exceptional and reflects outstanding customer service.
The customer references, which are provided anonymously, are indicative of the excellent results achieved by Henry Schein One.
“Henry Schein One is my go-to business to use,” stated one customer.
Another testimonial remarked: “They have all been very polite, helpful and friendly in their service. They are very adaptive to our needs, as well as being prompt and always going above and beyond. They supplied a really great product for us to start with, which was outstanding.”

Henry Schein One General Manager Mark Van Zuylekom said these results reaffirmed the company’s commitment to delivering a seamless customer experience while being at the forefront of innovation and technology.
