Henry Schein One Australia launched their Patient Experience 2.0 solution in May 2020 to help minimise the risk of virus transmission.
Patient Experience 2.0 works by pre-screening patients with a COVID-19 questionnaire as well as prompting patients to complete digital pre-appointment forms prior to arrival with responses saving directly into EXACT dental software.
The solution also enables patients to self check-in without any human or object interaction upon arrival by simply clicking a button on their smartphone.
