Henry Schein One misses out on the ADIA Innovation Award
Henry Schein One was announced as a finalist for the Innovation Category at the recent Australian Dental Industry Awards 2020 for their Customer Success Program, but narrowly missed out on the top prize.

The 12-month Customer Success Program was first launched in 2017 in Australia and has since expanded to help practices in New Zealand and the UK.
Dental practices on the program can expect to see improvements across several areas including revenue, chair-time utilisation, new patients, recall rates, FTAs, short notice cancellations and more.
“Our program and recommendations are supported by data and our top performing dental practices who have changed their software and gone on to complete the program have achieved on average 27% revenue growth*,” said Calvin
